Exchange and return policy

Customer's right to exchange or return:

1- The customer is allowed to return or exchange the product in new condition within 24 hours

2- The customer has the right to return or exchange if there is a defect in the product within 24 hours

The customer does not have the right to return:

1- The return or exchange is not due if the product has been used or opened

2- The return or exchange is not due after 24 hours of receiving the product
